In the oldest street of Amsterdam, there co - exists many parallel worlds, sometimes almost exclusive of each other, barely touching yet occupying the same physical space. The old Chinatown, the oriental kitchens, the mahjong parlours, side by side with the netherworld of dope peddlers and their clients, a lively red light district and the ghosts of those who have been there for many generations.
