-Use extra-virgin olive oil in glass bottle;
-Use seller;
-Meat, after, after freid vegetables!

Mi spiace mirkojax but it is NOT how to cook il salsa. You start off with browning your meat in oil (mince, lamb on bone and pork) then put aside. Then cook root vegetables (in same pan) and garlic. Then add either homemade salsa (best) or canned tomatoes (i like whole peeled). Bring this to simmer, then add bayleaves; chile; peppercorns (cracked); salt and the cooked meat. Taste and adjust accordingly. It takes 2-3 hours.
Try and use a pressure cooker and this will decrease your cooking time.
