Power source: AC/DC 15V 1A (internal battery lasts 3-4days without electric power). Power adapter is not included.
Dimensions (length x depth x height): 210 x 62 x 41.72mm (8.26 x 2.44 x 1.64 inches). IV-11 tubes add a further 56mm (2.20inches) to the overal height.
Weight: net weight 681g (1.50 lbs) / shipping weight 1Kg (2.20 lbs)
Display modes: Time display mode (HH:MM:SS) - both 12/24hrs modes are available.
Misc:
Time can be set by pushing buttons in the backpanel holes.
To use the internal battery, initial 24hrs rechargement is needed.
The clock keeps heat about 35C (95F), which is normal.
The red flames below the tubes are LEDs. You can turn them on and off.
A simple manual sheet will come together.

But yeah. BobW is right. Those are VFD. Vacuum Flourescent Display tube. And as such more in family with vacuum tubes than nixie (which are more in family with with neon lights and small neon bulps). One vacuum the other filled with neon. Funny though is that while many associates tubes with high voltages VFD tubes are often built for 9 or 12 v operation. Nixie or neon needs much more than that (typically >80 v).

This is a VFD tube clock with LED's shining underneath the tubes.

@scilonthreat Actually I think those are a Nixie Tube. They were around long before seven segment displays and they predate LED's.
