good point about getting use to playing with other characters in story mode, that def was annoying but still fun tho. great review dude.

great review man, this is definitely a game I'm going to pick up soon, it seems like they carried the series out well and made it loyal to fans.... AND the x-ray mode is sweet!

This game is a re-telling, however it is an alternate version of the story. Apart from that...Great Review! I also loved the character development as well as the game's tendency to crop up iconic and memorable characters from the series. I think it is really cool that they are going to be releasing new characters as DLC.

great review.. I really enjoyed the demo but I know if i get it i would only play the game for a week and then never play it again. (which is what i did with Street Fight IV)

Great Review! I have never been a big Mortal Kombat fan but the more I hear and see of this game the more I wanna get it. I will wait for a price drop most likely.

@ballinnick1982 that's how i was also. i didn't think i'd check it out, but then i wanted to because of all the good things i had heart. if i'm going to buy it, i'd wait for a price drop also. i have a short attention span with fighters (i haven't even played this in two days), so paying $60 would be dumb for me.
