Easily Assassinate Robert de Sable (Assassin's Creed)

Okay, if you haven't played thru the game and don't want the plot or story ruined, stop reading. Otherwise, you know that there are actually eleven assassinations, and the ninth is not Robert, so this is the tenth assassination, which is really just a fight. After taking out the posse (using the game-breaking Counter Kill), you can just throw Robert, switch to the Hidden Blade, and jump on him, as you can see here in my video. It's pretty quick that way, so there you go.

You must first complete the 9th Assassination. After that you will be told in the Bureau to go to Arsuf, which will then be unlocked.

ive been trying for hours, how do i get two bar life like in the video? doing jobs or somehing? maybe with more life i could do it! i only have one and half bar, this guy has the 2 bars full

Doing all Save Citizens and View Points will make out the life (sync) bars.

wtf, in pc version they just don't stand there, they attack form everywhere, even from the back. It's too dificult.

Best mission in the whole AC series, HANDS DOWN. Assassins Creed 2 was pretty awesome, but I can say without a shadow of doubt that no missions in Brotherhood OR Revelations even came CLOSE to giving me the same feeling that came about when I was 11 years old and going to finally kill Robert De Sable, sometime in early 2008 (probably at the time that this video was uploaded).

I prefer the fighting system in AC1 as opposed to Revelations. It's more challenging.

This fight gave me hell until I stopped trying to beat it and treated it as an exercise in counter-attacking. I was having an awful turn: down to one health piece with about six templars left. I had been pushing too hard trying to make things happen. I almost gave up and started over when I decided to just keep going and practice countering. It was slow from then on, my health slowly creeping back up, but I never got hit again and ended up killing all the remaining templars and beating Robert.

This level is such a fucking piss take on PC, they attack from all sides at the same time, do a bullshit double hit you can neither block nor dodge

@KillerX3189 doesnt happen when you play in PC. At some point I received heavy, slow attacks 6 times at once, it was all slash slash slash and I have only 1 sync bar left

You just gotta be really good at multi killing being aware of other templars while killing another, thats when counter-killing comes in handy. I'll be honest this level took me 3 times. Yeah it's a b*tch, but you own them all once you know how too.

cant believe he enters the fight with de Sablewith full heath... i normally only have 4-5 left :'( and then i die FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!
