Loving it with the overhead mic, everything has just enough attack with it on!

what is the size of your bassdrum ?
-
what kind of mixer (or interface) and software do you use to make these sound so nice?
-
@GamingDrummer89 Also, after perfecting the bass drum sound, it might need a tad more volume. Just use your judgment on the volume....you've done a good job on mixing the rest of the kit. One more thing, though....what heads are on the bass drum and how much muffling are you using?

MUCH better than the first one....snare sounds literally 10 times better and the toms have enough clarity and attack this time. Only thing that needs adjustment is the bass drum. Needs a little more low end and a little more beater click. The range for click usually falls between 3k and 6k. Low end on a kick drum is between 50hz and 100hz. I'd anticipate about 3.5k-4k for the click and on a drum this size the deep end would probably be between 55hz and 80hz. Otherwise this sounds nearly perfect!
Just one overhead?

what's an overhead? I play the drums but I don't have any clue about drum mics, mixers, and other thingamajiggys. Sorry for my ignorance!

@ChicDrummerChic It's a condenser mic usually hung above the drums to pick up higher frequencies such as, cymbals.
