I made it thru that entire trail on my 16" stock 1995 Range Rover County classic. Including that rock line. You just need to be patient and have a spotter help. It's fun as hell!!!

I did it in my xj with not so great 33's and locked in the rear, all you have to do is take the time to pick the best line.

yes you can do it with 31s... lift only makes room for bigger tires...does not give you more clearance...that is only done with taller tires as your rear diff wont move no matter how much lift you put on.
I did Daniel with a stock FJ Cruiser, 3" lift, 33" Nitto Terra Grapplers..no break. Also did it in my 84 FJ60...33" BFG KM2, aussie locker and 3" lift...and then again in my 2000 LX470 (100 series) no lift, 33" tires. With some skill you can do anything in Uwharrie except Kodak Rock....
