Cfl lights can be within 2-3 inches from plants without concern so move ur lights closer and paint the inside of ur box white

I have 3 plants under 3 26 watt cfls and they are doing fantastic

yes, u can, but dont want much from that system
for marijuana growing at least u need a good seed, good soil and 400w hps for flowering
