the third card slot (sd-card) is for cam-persets and firmware updates, not recording.

the hpx works with p2 card only, sdcard can not to write 100mbit/s.

can this camera record on SDHC card, like AF101?

no sorry, the af-101 work with avchd (consumer codec with 4:2:0 color 8 bit and max. 24mibit/s).
the hpx371 will work with avc inta (professionell code 4:2:2 color 10 bit max. 100mbit/s, better than dvcprohd), it's to fast for sdhc-card
