Zeitgeist: Addendum, by Peter Joseph 2008 .Part III.Cut 11 of 16.
The second film, Zeitgeist: Addendum, attempts to locate the root causes of this pervasive social corruption, while offering a solution. This solution is not based on politics, morality, laws, or any other "establishment" notions of human affairs, but rather on a modern, non-superstitious based understanding of what we are and how we align with nature, to which we are a part. The work advocates a new social system which is updated to present day knowledge, highly influenced by the life long work of Jacque Fresco and The Venus Project.
"Zeitgeist Addendum" will be premiering at the 5th Annual Artivists Film Festival in Hollywood on Oct. 2; and released for free online Oct. 3, 2008 (artivists.org)

I love their vision, in a way it kinda reminds me of what God originally intended for life for us to be.

This will never happen, goverment would kill us all and start over before they lose there money and control. This seems somewhat of a fantasy. I mean that there are huge steps to take before any of this could happen. As if a population could overthrow a goverment? I don't think it could happen military marsall law would take place, everything would be worse than it is now for decades. And even if the goverments and corperations fell what ten would happen besides extreme chaos?

Besides providing the basic needs to survive for all human beings. All products we use would be the best in society. There would be no need to build a cheaper product it wouldn't matter.Technology would move much faster because there would be no reason to continue using a product that makes good profits.Almost everything would last longer which would mean less waste.Society would be much more content because we would almost always do what we enjoy doing.
Think about what would change.

great vision i love the resource based economy.. but it will take money to research this right? and once we do get this society up and running there will still be those few companies controling this energy and rationing the natural resource. what do you think there are wars for? natural resource and immobilization. humans are not unless they compete

Is it wrong for me to hope this will come true, not having to work and stay home to paint and do things I enjoy?
