Those are "Slow strikes" With bruising.

sorry mate but bruising is deffinately needed. The person you were against did not do it well enough as he did not produce enough bruises to stop you from clearing it. The large punch just discarded the bruising completely, where as if you play someone like me or rumbleking or one, you should see how effective bruising can be!

you should do pops size 3/4 then bruise for a sec, or hybrid style

these strikes might have been easy to clear, but if u would play two players with blackjack, and one bruises and the other doesnt, u'll understand that bruising is quite necessary for effective strikes. I play on hunter, and i have two friends in top 10 who always tell me bruising is the most important thing to watch.
