I bought a new couple years ago , never got around to shootin it for one sorry reason or another. Finally got to the range today with some 200 gr cast bullets ( cowboy loads) .

Man is this thing accurate and almost no recoil with them light loads .

Awesome gun , sorry i got into this model so late.

Ive had 2 of these in the past and many deer droped from these rifles.

My only 44 magnum in a rifle is a Henry Big Boy. My Marlin 39A 22 LR was my favorite plinking rifle for decades. Marlin does not know how to make a bad rifle. My Henry 44 as my only comparison at the range, shoots very well, is easy to control, and seems reliable after several boxes fed through it as a new gun to me. I am glad you showed this Marlin. I also find I like the 44 special as a handgun cartridge in my Taurus Raging Bull.

nice tried to get my neighbore to trade me on one in 44 mag but his wife wanted cash ruened my deal I now got a 1972 mod 336 in 35 rem wich is a sweet shooter i wand to thump a hog or deer with it perty bad , nice vid,
