For those who didn't watch BSG and don't know what Three means when she says, "Forgive me, I had no idea," it's because Saul Tigh is a cylon (One of the Final Five who were survivors from Earth. The others were Tory Foster, Galen Tyrol, Samuel Anders and Saul's wife, Ellen Tigh) and during the occupation of New Caprica. He was tortured and lost his right eye during the process thanks to the Cylons (The Cavils and The Threes epecially i think) and she wants him to forgive her for that.
