  • having spent a year tutoring part-time in an inner-city school in houston, all i can tell you is to not worry about the ones that have NO INTEREST in learning. it sounds like you've been at it for a while, so i'm sure you know who has ZERO chance of getting with the program. Be sure to attempt the minimum required with them to keep yourself covered, but instead focus your patience and energy on the ones that want to be there and those that are borderline.

  • @frankpc3 i have 2 students on that monday, and both have ZERO interest in english. or learning.

  • I have never had a problem with iMovie, but anyway please learn how to backup your macbook or whatever, it's so easy and whenever you have a problem you can just re-install from backup. You just need an external HDD, 1TB Buffalo for about ¥8000?

  • @zichiart i know what the problem is, it was sorta a stupid mistake on my part. i used to have my computer backed up. i have a TB so, once i get this iMovie problem fixed, i'll back it up again!

  • i like this mini vlog/up-date video your fun to listen to lol

  • @sethorlando thank you =]

  • hey. I know you uploaded this video a long time ago and I don't know how the things are going with the kids that don't wanna learn english, but I just wanted to give you an advise: be patient, don't quit... and if the kids don't wanna learn you can teach me English... lol

Oh, by the way, you look so cute with the red hat.

  • one thing you can do is find out what they like to do and try to find some common ground. maybe you can either trick them into learning english through their interests or just build enough rapport to where they eventually will make an effort simply because they respect you.

  • @yoshimaru12 in that case, punch them in their throats.

  • the children that are riding the fence will be the hardest ones to reach, but breaking through to them will be all the more rewarding. if you haven't experienced this yet, trust me - there is nothing more gratifying.
