Latoya was forced to tell lies about her family because of her husband/manager Jack Gordon. He beat Latoya and threatened her life as well of the life of her siblings. She feared for her life.

Yeah she said all these horrible things but then admitted her husband threatened to kill people in her family if she didnt and that she was abused.. who knows with latoya... she actually said that it was michael and jermaine who saved her and it brought them closer and thats when all her bitching stopped as well... agains who knows... yes it was a very dark place.
