  • I'm eating this right now. ^.^

  • why boil and then fry? unless the rice are getting spoil? Right?..to save it..you have to fried it..to kill the bacteria.

But if roast the rice and then boil it with soup it become com tay..(actually Middle East/Indian in origin-pilaf)

Many flavor of soup make it interesting. Anyone ever tried to boil it with left over pho? You should...or for efficiency..with vegetables, and many other things you usually boil. Steam and less oil or more healthy or less stinky house..ahahaha.

  • @HmongGuitarPlayer hes vietnamese

  • leave the fry rice to the asians and stick to your hamburgers and french fries.

  • At 1:05 you said Canola Oil is a blend of Olive Oil and Corn Oil? I don't think so... That's not what I learned... "Canola is one of two cultivars of rapeseed or Brassica campestris. Their seeds are used to produce edible oil that is fit for human consumption because it has lower levels of erucic acid than traditional rapeseed oils."

  • You need a bigger spoon for such a big wok.

  • i just found out that cha in english is "packed pork loins" or something like that. lol

  • well, that's one of those things where u don't have to translate. just say cha, u know like taco, pizza, sushi. if u want to describe it, its like kind of a really thick sausage made out of fish, pork, etc. some people call it vietnamese ham, but its more like sausage. that sounds pretty lame though so i just call it cha. I hoped this helped and im sorry if it didn't.

  • what is cha in english? i mean i know what cha is and i eat it alot since im viet, but i've never heard its name in english. if you ask me about cha i would know, but if you ask me to translate cha into english i wouldn't know how to translate it, maybe you can help me out.

anyways i was hungry and i created a cha sandwich, its freaking amazing, maybe one day ill post a video of my cha sandwich on youtube.

  • its also good with cha!
