1. What cind of wood should I use?
2. What cind of plastic is that?
3. How to make a Rocker that will be able ride waves?
4. What cind of glue should I use to stick the wood with the plastic?
5. How to make it a strong but LightWeight SkimBoard?

instead of plastic use epoxy to cover up your board sand it to fine finish.. ^_^
