If you had the picture posted publicly, then they're free and clear. You'd have to have it stamped as copyrighted, no public use, etc. It sucks, ut the internet makes your life literally public. Keep your photos private

i do not remember EVER giving my permission for a picture of myself and my partner to be prominently used in this song. i don't know who you are, but I am asking you to please redo the video without the picture of us. Just so you know, the first picture of santa and a man kissing is us, as well as the picture at 1:50. did you even bother to get permission for the rest of the photos? i do believe that is copywright infringement.
