The Haunting - Day 1 Poltergeist Posession

I fell asleep whilst making a vlog and left the camera running. This is what I caught on tape when I reviewed the film footage. I have no recollection of this haunting or heard any of the ghostly voices. A ghost ? A poltergeist ? who knows but it is getting very scary
