Plus, the wood was mostly 100 yr old Douglas Fir, superior quality to new growth wood. Reclaimed wood is the greenest building product available and its beauty is perfect for the design goals of business and homeowners. Gary just began saving the wood because his childhood summers spent study conservation made it difficult for him to see it go to waste but.
