Some of the biggest hits so far in this season. The last hit that is included in this video was the Staal on Staal collision that happened some time last week. Some pretty huge hits, some that were probably dirty, some sucker punching and questionable to mild head shots. So this is not really a tribute to amazing clean hits, but just kind of giant hits but not many of the obvious head shots or injury intended plays that are so infamous this year.
Putting this together I realized I have to watch more New York Rangers, Pittsburgh Penguins, Chicago Blackhawks and Detroit Red Wings games this year, the only teams I watch on a regular basis are the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Los Angeles Kings, and sometimes either Dallas or San Jose. Seems like they are the teams that will be all over the hits of the year compilation that myself or someone else will make later on.
With these videos I always just cut down a bunch of awesome clips I download from other people's YouTube channels and throw them together then try and find a song that fits the action. I tried a bunch of different songs to the video and a lot of them (actually pretty much every of them) were better songs, I think Ludacris and Sum 41 is who you need for a video like this.
