@iLimet he had a gun pointed AND fired at him... at that point, citizen or not, you would be justified to shoot. The fleeing laws came about when an UNARMED suspect was shot climbing a fence...NOT shooting at a cop and then fleeing.

@localSickened first of all its a magazine, and one of the most common police pistols is the Glock 22 and its standard capacity for LE is 15 rounds. so it makes sense, thats not really much considering the Glock 17 holds 17 rounds of 9mm and i have a 25 round mag for my Glock .45. and there are 33 round mags available for glock 9mm as well.
