  • yes as yoga balances the condition whether it is hypo or hyper

    the only thing is to do left nostril and not right nostril breathing but the physical practices are similar

  • @yognat2001 my body is very hot, when its cold outside my hands get extremely cold, and my hands constantly sweat (hyperhydrosis) i think i have hypothyroidism should i do right nostril breathing or left and do u have any other advice.

    you need to get your autonomic nervous funtion tested as you seem to have sympathetic overactivity

    left nostril breathing will be better for you

  • Hi How many minutes should I do these asanas including the jwalandhar bhanda? I have borderline Hypothyroid. Also should I do the breathing with left or right nostril?
