Swing State - The Unquiet American Series

Directed by Cameron Hickey. Tuesday mornings are reserved exclusively for women golfers at the Llanerch Country Club in the Main Line section of suburban Philadelphia - a key region in this swing state for the 2008 election. Mary Pat McClatchey and her friends golf every Tuesday morning at 8am before having lunch at the clubhouse, an event which you can "hear all across the club" say fellow Llanerch club member Thomas Feeney. We'll follow Pat and her golf foresome through eighteen holes of golf and their ladies lunch afterward. We'll ask them how "historic" they feel this election is, how they and their respective families feel about the candidates this year, and what this means for their children's future. As a critical swing area in a critical swing state, the Main Line is part of the broad center in American politics, and these women are at the heart of this pivotal battleground.

Sarah Palin may be a nice person and "real" in SOME ways but she is ignorant about too many things to be in charge of anything I can think of on an important scale. "Real"? She is a real digger who is willing to be a soundbite-puppet get somewhere. She is real unfamiliar with the world in which we live. But then, many politicians are the same as she.

I'm not Racist, and didn't vote for Obama because I wasn't brainwashed by the LMSM... as many others have been... It's time to wake up people... you're being led astray... Brainwashed... Sarah is Real I've met her in Person... what you've seen in the media about her is truly false. Sarah is a genuine person who connects with people... she's not an elitist... and like you or I won't agree on all issues but is open and honest in what she says... she doesn't hide anything at all!!
