Which editing software would you recommend? Have you used Avid? and if so how did you like it compared to the other kinds of software out there. Also, I am considering buying a mac, I have been getting alot of mixed reviews on the computers, whats your opinion since you have been using final cut pro alot it seems. love your work.

I can't say anything good or bad about the avid system since I have never used it. I love using macs to edit with ( and oher media related stuff). And i'm not one of those apple bias people either. I've actually got a windows PC right next to my G5. Final cut has been great and seems to keep geting better.
