well out of all your opinons of this, I would agree with you on Sonic the most since the sonic Boost could do more damge and maybe it could make some whilwinds that get eneimes that he missed. but you gotta remember that there is a drawback to it, caus unless you are on a long platform, it could end backfiring on you and make you go right off the edge of the stage and you will have a hard time to get to stop in time to prevent yourself from falling.

And finally Sonic, I agree with you completely. The down b is spindash, and it feels like you're actually charging the spin dash in the classic sonic games. Neutral B is homing attack, a classic sonic move, no problems there. Side b I totally agree with you also, that rush move introduced in sonic rush and put in all the other games. Up B is fine. And yeah i'd change the side smashes to something thats not a generic punch, and the down smash is too similar to a spin dash.

For Ganon, the up B you said sounds great. A decent vertical recovery, and also an attack. The B button should be left the same, warlock punch is sorta classic now. Side B should be some powerful 3 hit sword combo, sorta like marth's,but slower and harder to hit,yet powerful. His down B could be Ganon's current up tilt, that charged ultra kick thing. And the up tilt could be changed to some sort of uppercut, similar to mario. Final smash is perfect as is.

For toon link, I totally agree with you for the most part. The leaf idea is perfect. As for the boots I agree as well, he could use them to fall down fast in midair to hit enemies, or even off stage as a recovery to fall down, and leave him in a perfect position to use his leaf. On stage it could make him hard to get off stage, but barely any mobility. I'd leave his boomerang/side b as it is though, since the bombs would be removed, he'd still need a projectile for good range.

iron boots seems kind of cheap

and the funny thing is that Ganondorf is my second best character in Brawl. I guess I'm trying to say is that, I have no problem with clone characters. Which is why I like you're idea from "the top 10 changes you would make for Brawl." specifically the part where you could change a character's move set.

I personally love Toon link the way he is. (I know it's been 2 years since this video but i don't know if i said that before.) He's my best character in brawl. I personally love him because he's faster than link, his down smash is like a pogo stick of death, and he's one of the only characters I can do a meteor smash with.

Links final smash should be toon links.
Toon links should be him playing Zeldas Lullaby or Song of time to summon something.. maybe the sages to seal all the opponents away.. in other words, all of them lose a life (Knocked Off) ... or Links should be this one.

I think for ganondorf they should have a skeik/pokemon trainer down b where he changes from ocarina to wind waker to twilight princess. each mode having its own move sets.

Toon Link's Recovery move should've been the Hurricane Spin. But it might also work as a final smash as well.
how bout a moveset change to freaking SPAMACHU

I think Toon Link's final smash could be like that he pulls the four sword and then he is four times so powerful but also he get four time the damage he takes
