Making your own Potassium Chlorate is a veery bad idea. Especially with those amounts, you just use one unclean spatula or container, and you'll have to be lucky to lose but an arm.

The cathode is positive and the anode is negative, not the reverse.

I would like to add as potassium chlorate is a strong oxidiser any and all contaminates makes it a bit hazardous to mess so its best to have clean strong product

can copper tube be used as my electrodes
