It's not offside. There are 3 rules to determine if you are offside:
1 - you have to be on the opposing team's half of the field.
2 - YOU HAVE TO BE IN FRONT OF THE BALL.
3 - there must be fewer than two opposing players between you and the opposing goal line (with the goalkeeper counting as an opposing player).
He wasn't in front of the ball. He was behind the ball, when the ball got passed, so he could never be offside :).

@fr3dyx nope, olsen came from behind the ball and when he passes it to cruyff again the ball is on the six yard line and cruyff is behind that line. Perfectly legitimate goal. Gutted Henry's pen didn't come off when he tried it.
