The Backwoodsman's Institute presents: processing squirrel meat. This is a two part video where Scott shows how to section the squirrel and prepare it. He will also give tips on how to make the squirrel taste less "gamey" if you have people who are not accustomed to the taste of the wild.

  • I really enjoyed the video Scott. Like you said, the hunt isn't over until you've enjoyed your wild game with friends and family. It was nice watching you teach your daughter, and sharing quality time with her in the kitchen. You are a great dad! Thanks for this and all your videos. -Kevin
