But the Arab armies that attacked Israel in 1948 openly swore they would kill or drive out the Jewish population. There was no real ethnic cleansing. @ARDESHIRAN I live in the South Pacific, I've never met anyone from Europe or the Middle East. I think a more neutral statement would be more appropriate. Instead of saying "Iranian looks much like europeans" or vice versa, just say "Iranians and Europeans look similar" that one neither one is place above the other.
