I did not say his feature is on Radio 2 every day. However, Steve f'cking Wright insists on playing those God-awful sound bites of Barry from Watford every day, like I said. I don't suppose you listen to "Steve Wright in the Afternoon" every day though, do you?

Barry from Watford is the bane of my daily life, having to hear his skin-crawling voice on Radio 2, every day.

He's more annoying than he is funny. I'm not talking about the actor (Alex Lowe) but the character himself, Barry.

If you'll notice - after 2 seconds since he starts speaking - he hasn't even said anything funny but the audience laugh like the halfwits they are, at the 32-34 second mark.

Good luck to him though.

He's found something to sell to the ignorant masses.
