Hey, just wondering. I had such a painful time when I played with my new strings. I couldn't find the grip on it....Has someone a similar problem at the beginning??

i didn't know for sure if strings got better if "stretched" them like you did, until now.

What are some of the settings on your pedals? I have a voodoo bass myself playing thru a clean twin and I've still yet to dial that thing in right...

I used to use a lot more gain, less volume, but have recently kept the gain at around 12 O'Clock, with Output at 2 O'Clock or more. This brings a little more natural tone out. The tone knob you use to try and match the unprocessed tone with. I hope this helps!
