If anyone has trouble with opening the console heres my way of doing it on Windows Vista. First Go to START, then down the bottom it should say 'Start Search', in this box type in device manager, then select it from the menu. After you have selected it open the menu up by pressing the + inside the box, thats if its closed, then click on human interface devices, now a list opens. Select the one that says ehome Transciever, and right click it and select uninstally, there you go the tilde key works
