i respect all martial arts, but some of the people in this video were putting their legs up too soon. Pretty easy to knock over some one on one leg. a good example is at 1:30 - 1:32 .

How is this real full contact when u are wearing pads? This is semi-contact at most

@noodlehead0 sorry but you are wrong..full contact means simly that you can hit with full power not the protective equipment worn. In this you are allowed to hit with full power. Semi contact refers to the hits being controlled and not delivered with full power. And trust me when you get hit in that face mask its like a gun going off. ive seen teeth knocked out and people knocked out with it on. try it before you judge it.
