WHAT?!?! I didn't have the decision wheel for killing Morinth or Samara! Shepard automatically killed Morinth (not that I didn't like that) Anyone else have this?

I noticed that the option to choose didn't come up if you got hypnotized. I'm pretty sure you have to use the blue or red options.

For those of you confused as to why you didn't get to choose, you need to have enough paragon or renegade to pick their corresponding dialogue options when talking to morinth beforehand. If you don't, you just help Samara.
