I am more concerned on this video; the guy holding the camera; in a constant stream of laughing about everything that is said. Most of this is not funny. Maybe he was just in a laughing mood. In any case I would have saved the interview for a serious day. Half of Tim's story is constantly being interupted. He doesn't get to speak freely.

I feel sorry for homeless people but I'm incredibly skeptical helping them, because there's a reason they're there, most the time its because they spend all their money on booze and drugs. If we just straight up give them money theyre going to waste it and end up on the streets again. Im all for indirect relief, im against direct relief, which is what this is. How about, instead of giving your money to him, give him a job?

And sometimes dishonest people contrive to put people out of their homes, too. It is not always the individual's fault if they are out of luck and need help.

i used to see him every morning going to work and every evening going home! i ALWAYS gave this dude money just because he looked cool as hell. when i didnt see him there one day i was actually worried and wondering... glad to see that he is going in a better direction! :)
