  • i eat 8 bags of chips a weak and 1.5 pieces of meat a day and sncks like sosuices if spelled corectley lots times a day i only NEVER eat candy and i dont gain wieght when i dont snack between alll the other fat i eat i even lose weight

  • @Bikermom69 I can tell you that there's no ONE right diet that works for everyone. Everyone needs a different ratio of fat, protein and carbs. So the while the Atkins diet has helped a great number of people, for most people that diet might actually be too much fat. The key is to figure what your proper ratio is and also to eliminate any foods that cause a negative reaction. It's definitely a process to figure all this stuff out but worth the effort.
