@DareToDream3 it's a different scene, from the first season when she was past out drunk. And so is the one in the alley. Her death was on the road where she is bleeding from her head

I loved the OC before Marissa died!! Goood times I must say. But watching this again makes me wonder.. if she's dead, why the hell are her arms wrapped around Ryan at the beginning. Don't tell me Ryan put them there... LOL
