you have gorgeous locs - another trick to that is to use a clarifying shampoo or add a little apple cider vinegar to the shampoo and let the mixture sit on your locs or hair for at least 5-10 minutes before rinsing. That will give time for the residue to breakdown without too much agitation, which can weaken locs that have a lot of new growh at the roots. Blessings!

ok i am a white girl with almost waist lengh hair and i have decided after lots of though to get dreadlocks,i have a black girl friend whos willing to do it for me,i was wondering if i should maybe cut my hair to the middle of my back to make it easier,im so confused im not good at sitting for along time

Don't cut it! Find a Loctician who knows what they are doing. With long hair, your locs will loc faster and look sooo good. Send me a note if you need more advice on it!
