Thanks a lot for sharing the info. I would request for a copy the said study report and name of the researcher. Study Data can even be confirmed authentically using the Right to Information Act 2005. BTW, what is the inference that the researcher drew may kindly be informed.

Study done by noted Researcher shows that most of the forward caste people leave India.Most of the backward caste people who studied in IIT'S, AIIMS have stayed in India.

I suggest reservation for upper castes (that have been eating cream, drinking cream and floating in cream for generations together) in proportion to their population. Balance should be left free for non-upper castes.
