  • Even though it's not that expensive, it uck to be broke and not to be able to buy them.

Amazon sells hi-qly ones. Avoid the expensive mlm Q10.

  • @rachelsmename Thank you for getting back to me. I'm glad that you are taking that one because it means that I didn't waste my money on it. Have you noticed that it helped anything else? I have a scalp disorder that I'm hoping it might help, but I haven't seen anything online that says it helps scalp issues. Do you know?

  • @rachelsmename Hi, I take the soft-gel coq10, so I guess that's the Ubiquinone, not Ubiquinol...yes, the 'nol is much more expensive...the ubiquinone is expensive enough! Not sure what the advertisers say is so true...wouldn't they just WANT you to buy the more expensive item? I keep looking for new research on this from various websites and due to what I've read, I'll stick with the ubiquinone for now.

  • @valnaples Hi there! Are you taking the Ubiquinone type of coq10 or the Ubiquinol type? I ask because I bought the Ubiquinone (coq10) and advertisers are saying that it doesn't work for people over 40. They said that you have to take Ubiquinol type of coq10 after age 40. I hope that isn't true because Ubiquinone is much less expensive.

  • Yeah, GOD did it. LMAO!

  • TAKE your coQ10! I take 200 mgs each day...my carotid scan came in very very clean...at 53..plus I watch what I eat and load up on vegetables & fruits...AND fatty fish! Eat your Omega 3's folks! Really helps...ditch the crappy lunchmeats and burgers...eat wild salmon, sardines & kippers!

  • wow this guy is a fking genius

  • There is lots of Hype around Coq10. While the current research supports CoQ10 to TREAT Hear disease, there is no evidence to support CoQ10 as a supplement that PREVENT heart disease. I agree CoQ10 is one of the most important inventions of the 20th century. The scientists who discovered CoQ10 got Nobel price. But the Jury is out still there on the prevention and Anti aging benefits. We need more trails on humans than on rats
