THIS BY CREATING IT.


3.FIRST OPEN NOTEPAD THEIN TYPE
(COMMAND.COM) SAVE AS .BAT YOUR HALF WAY
THERE.


4.ONCE YOU OPEN THEN CONTINUE TO TYPE
GPEDIT.MSC HIT ENTER NOW FROM THAT WINDOW
FOLLOW THE PICTURES.



5.i dont have it on my computer so i just
did my best finding pics to explain

6.once you go throu all these thing make sure
enable things about control panal then folow me




7.ok now you ready for your messager
8.BACK TO THE NOTEPAD TYPE EXACTLY

alright now open in user you
type the ip found in network connections
then you message the your done but im not
connected to a sever so i just typed *
and that sends to all
