Hey don't sweat it,

The census helps the government know how to dole out over $400 Billion a year to our communities and programs. 1)They need to know your telephone number so that they can call you if you've missed a part of the application. 2)You never know how many people live in a house? The Latino question I can answer in a different comment. 3)The plumbing question is asking if your apartment is up to code and receiving essential services (electricity, water, ect.) more on the next comment

doesnt come registered mail...so the burden of proof is on them..think about it folks..and i also looked and saw there is no law requiring anyone to open their door to anyone either..

Asian for Race and then Chinese Russian Japanese Korean Vietnamese and so on.

The Caucasian or White Catagory includes Middle Eastern, North African, and European. Your right they should ask rather than if your are Hispanic are you from Mexico, Central America, Spain, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Domican Rep. and just use White Black Asian Native American and other race.

Well BigRiggBlues, that is why there is white black Asian Native American as race catagory. Russian people can list themselves as White or Asian, and someone who is black and chinese would then check the two or more races or check the biracial box. if someone is white, black spanish puertorican and Cherokee that is where the fill in the blanks.

As for the census I didn't fill the form out and NOTHING HAPPENED! Oh, I was on probation last year for UCW LOL!

I understand where you're going on the Hispanic question, but my question is then: Why do they single out Hispanic on the census? Why is there not also a question such as "Are you Asian?" People from Russia are just as much Asian as people from China, so the question would remain unnecessarily ambiguous.
