Officials say hundreds of buildings have been heavily damaged or destroyed in parts of West Virginia hit by Saturday's flash-flooding. The governor has declared a state of emergency. (May 10)

I worked the floods of July 2001. We were one of the families that didnt loose everything, so to see this happen again, is just so sad! I am so sorry for all that lost their homes and possessions..and for anyone to laugh as such a terrible thing is unforgivable! My prayers for all of you back in my home state of WV! God Bless each of you!
