For this quick fat burning workout, it's a bodyweight workout to help you burn belly fat. So you don't need any equipment!

Here's the circuit:

Run 1/4 mile (1 lap around track)
25 Push Ups
25 90-degree squat jumps
25 prone arm rows
25 backward walking lunges
25 in/outs

3 rounds as quickly as you can.

Because you are working out in an intense matter, this quick fat burning workout is great to burn belly fat.
