http://www.myeclipseide.com/me4s - In this Spring tutorial, Niel Eyde conducts a walk-through of how to scaffold four different Spring applications from an existing database schema using MyEclipse for Spring. The application implementations include Spring MVC, Spring Web Flow, Adobe Flex and iPhone.

You can download MyEclipse for Spring 8.6 from http://www.myeclipseide.com/me4s

  • @ernanimartins Just reposted my original question as I removed it accidentally trying to reply inline the answer below...go figure how youtube adjusts the hierarchy of comments. :)

  • This is so amazing, so what I was looking for, specially the Flex generators and iPhone. I wonder though about special cases where I have a file upload, should this be able to make this easy as well?

I am also interested in 8.6 download but cant see it on the site, only the 8.5 via pulse explorer, on the mac at least.

Also I have one existing eclipse release that I wanted to keep as I have flash builder dropin on it. I want to keep this release as well due to the settings of it.

    Thanks

  • @myeclipseforspring Hey, I've been looking so hard for an answer, that's great, I can download them now. Thanks a lot for the reply. That's really nice from you. I think you are correct, should be no pain to add upload functionality with so butter on the bread already :) It's just that jargon we say over here, if we have bread and a delicious butter, why can't we complete it with some fresh cheese lol....

    Thanks a bunch!

  • @ernanimartins For Pulse it can be found in Pulse under the IDE category.

Offline installers can be found at Try/Download page under "Development Releases".

For milestone we don't have option to add to standard Eclipse, but we should by GA.

We aren't currently planning on generating file upload support in this release, but it shouldn't be too difficult to add manually to what is generated.
