I'm surprised that you guys actually think that that war funding will be voted down. The argument will be the same. "We need to fund our troops in order to protect them." (same as "it's for the children")
Until the American people get as angry as they do about health care and start holding town halls and demanding the end of war, there will be NO change that you can believe in. And that's a fact jack!

The IMF is run by the US, for the US. The UN is anti-US only when it doesn't do as the US wants. The money loaned is in US $, and the conditions imposed impoverish the borrower, and force policies which benefit US/UK corporate investors. The controlling US elites, with their hatred of democracy, cannot stand any forum in which money and military might do not decide issues. The ruling elite don't give a damn about us.
