@boxerrick1966 Yep, Olivares' left hook was technically perfect and about as explosive as it gets. Minimum effort with maximum effect. Plus the little guy was quite a savvy boxer. When he was right, Ruben was just about the best bantamweight of all time. The same could be said, of course, about Zarate and Jofre.

Carlos Zarate was not bad to what i like about Zarate when i lost the belt WBC i stop boxing whit one record of 66 win 63 KO only 4 lost at the end alltogether 70 fights lost is title whit Wilfredo Gomez many peoples said i was sick , .i remember Olivares
