There are 100-400 billion stars in our galaxy, the Milky Way. There are 200 billion galaxies in the part of the universe that we know of. A conservative estimate of the number of planets would be in the billions of trilions, maybe 40,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 Obviously these conditions are going to occur on many of them.
