and is in a fact a suspect in a homicide that he is in charge of. He is also putting the case in jeopardy because he is slepping with Phyliss. I will also point out that Phyliss was telling Micheal at the prison she had to get home to her kids. After she got out Phyliss went directally to CL , Ronan's office, and Ronan's motel. Who exactally is watching Lucy and Summer. It's ridiculas. She also used Ronan's vunerbility against him to get sex. The whole scence was ruined by that one action.

@Kieranluv1 Hi! Thanks for your comment. I agree that Phyllis used Ronan's vulnerability to get sex. Very good point! I also think you're right that there was no real 'build up' for Ronan and Phyllis. We had a few brief scenes of anticipation, but for the most part, this whole pairing came out of left field.

i don't understand why they didn't just not show katherine for a bit. they have done it before. and they do it with lauren all the time! it was really weird to see this michael learned lady playing katherine. i also miss the show kind of revolving around newman enterprises vs. jabot. that was the good days. i do enjoy patty being around, but when i seen her face.. it felt like we just seen her. i don't know, kind of boring. feels like the y&r is all over the place right now.

Since Katherine's role this week was really minor, I was also wondering why they didn't just skip having her in those scenes, rather than replacing Jeanne with another actress. Like you, I also feel like Y&R isn't very focused right now. I think they're trying to loosely develop too many storylines, rather than focusing on making a few GREAT ones.

Oh no, they ONLY reason Avery came to town was because of Phyllis. Avery is the one who fired the first shot. Phyllis just wanted to ignore her but Avery became Daisy's lawyer...that was the official first shot.

@Sweetp000433 Phyllis and Avery have FIRE between them, and it plays really well. In some ways, I think neither one of them are blameless. But, now that I think about it... Do you think Avery decided to take Sharon's case because she KNEW of her connection to Phyllis? Hmmm... Interesting. Maybe Phyllis was right to freak out all along...

I was SO happy to see that Ronan/Cane scene though. "I know you care about Delia and I know you care about her mother okay?" That suggested Ronan's been confiding in Cane about Chloe. I know a while back he also said "It sucks to be nobel, doesn't it?" to Cane re: Lily but I always felt it was about Chloe too - leaving her so she could be happy with Kevin.

Man, I want Chlonan back asap. ;)

haha I SO agree with you on "Love me mommy" It's so true. Ronan desperately wants Nina to love and accept him but is bad at giving her the right approach. I'm still missing Chlonan BADLY. I think this hookup with Phyllis has made Ronan look dumb and unethical when work was the ONE THING Ronan always remained true to, you know?

And meanwhile Chloe is lying to herself with this Kevin reunion and proposing to him was a big WTH for me. It's clearly ALL about the transplant and gratitude.

My last thought is that Ronan/Phyliss are at two different points in their lives. Ronan is a young man in his very early thrites and Phyliss is altough a young one is a grandmother. The first thing I thought of when Ronan walked into to CL and saw Phyliss with Lucy was Ronan playing Grandpa to Lucy. It's just a little ridiculas imho. There was also no real bulid up.

I am not really felling Phyliss/Ronan at all. I do agree that there is too much Phyliss right now. I understand that MS is a leading actress but that dosn't mean she has to be a part of every story. As a Ronan fan I fell that the chractor is suffering to do this pairing. He was once a smart cop/fbi agent who took his seriousally and it semmed to be at times the only thing he cared about. Right now he is being showcased as a dummy who can't solve a case without Phyliss who is not a dective and

@grenadiancandy Hi Candi!!! How are you? It's so nice to hear from you, as always. I hope all is going well. I can't wait to see Nikki back in GC. I am so curious to know what she's doing in London right now -- and how she will fit into Diane's murder storyline. Maybe Y&R is delaying solving the case, because Nikki really did have something to do with it?
